Did you know that Avocado being used as a fruit is the norm in Southeast Asian countries? One of the most unique creations with it can be found in Indonesia where they serve es alpukat kopi (ice blended avocado coffee). This cooling beverage highlights the buttery smoothness of avocado with a kick of caffeine.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Cheska's Premium Avocado Ice Cream
  • ¼ cup Cold Brew
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Condensed Milk
  • Chocolate Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Blend your scoop of Cheska’s Premium Avocado Ice Cream together with the half cup of milk until smooth and pourable.
  • Coat your glass with chocolate syrup. We recommend this extra step because not only does the chocolate pair very well with the avocado and coffee, it also elevates the presentation.
  • Pour your blended avocado shake first followed by the condensed milk and top it all off with the cold brew. This way you get to show off all the beautiful colors neatly layered.
  • Serve with a spoon or straw for mixing.

Notes

  • If you’re looking for something extra, you can add some tapioca pearls or coffee jelly to give your drink more exciting textures!
